When selecting our primary courier, DPD emerged as the clear choice due to their commitment to a greener future. They are actively utilizing electric vans across the UK and have expanded their network of drop-off points, which helps reduce missed deliveries and subsequent re-delivery attempts. RETURNS
In instances where a product arrives damaged and is deemed unusable or unsellable, we kindly request photographic evidence and a detailed explanation of the issue. This measure is implemented to prevent the unnecessary shipment of damaged or broken items destined for recycling or disposal. This approach contributes to our commitment to environmental sustainability. Such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.
